A group of four men from Bristol has been sentenced for their involvement in a series of motorbike thefts worth approximately £1 million, along with related violent offenses. The crimes occurred between June and December 2025, with the defendants also using the social media platform TikTok to boast about their actions, according to testimony presented at Bristol Crown Court.

The defendants—Marshall Thomas, 18; Brandon Carter, 22; Cameron Stevens, 22; and Sonnie Davies, 20—were linked to a wave of motorbike thefts in the Hartcliffe area. The gang’s activities included violence against victims, with one person requiring stitches after an attack. In addition, Thomas, Carter, and Davies were found guilty of kidnapping and assaulting a 15-year-old, whom they accused of taking one of their stolen motorbikes.

During the court proceedings, a victim described seeing videos posted online that appeared to glorify the gang’s criminal behavior. The victim said the footage included music overlays that gave the impression of celebrating the thefts, which they found deeply upsetting.

All four men pleaded guilty to a range of offenses related to the thefts and assaults. Marshall Thomas received a sentence of 10 years in prison, while Brandon Carter was sentenced to eight years. Cameron Stevens and Sonnie Davies were both handed three-year terms.

The sentences reflect the court’s assessment of the severity of the crimes and the role each defendant played in the gang’s activities. The case highlights concerns over the misuse of social media by offenders to promote criminal acts and intimidate victims and the public.
