Veteran and emerging Malaysian musicians will come together this October for the fourth annual benefit concert aimed at supporting the welfare of the country’s musical community. The event, titled “Rocking for a Cause,” is organised by Musicians for Musicians (MFM) and scheduled for Oct. 10 at the Subang National Golf Club in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, beginning at 4 p.m.

The concert underscores MFM’s ongoing efforts to provide assistance to both established and up-and-coming artists while celebrating the contributions of performers who have helped shape Malaysia’s music landscape over the years. This year’s edition will pay tribute to iconic bands and musicians, including The Falcons Malaysia, Sons Of Adam, Olie of Heavy Machine, Freedom, The Strollers, and Alleycats.

Live performances, special tributes, and appearances by well-known acts will mark the event, making it a significant occasion for the music fraternity. Among the performers set to appear are Electric Orgasm—reuniting with Royston after 50 years—Francissca Peter, Goblokes, Heavy Machine, Datuk Leonard Tan, Lighthouse, Os Pombos, The Polymaths, and The Studio 10 Experience.
