The United Arab Emirates is set to feature prominently at the SAHA 2026 International Defence and Aerospace Exhibition, which will take place from May 5 to 9 at the Istanbul Expo Centre in Turkey. Recognized as a major event in the global defence, aerospace, and security sectors, SAHA 2026 expects participation from over 1,700 exhibitors and thousands of visitors representing more than 120 countries.

The UAE Pavilion’s participation is supported by the Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, and organised by ADNEC Group, a subsidiary of Modon. Over the five-day event, the pavilion is positioned as a central venue for international delegations and industry leaders to hold high-level meetings, explore new partnerships, and showcase the nation’s growing capabilities in defence innovation and industrial collaboration.

Seven prominent UAE entities will be represented at the pavilion, including the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, EDGE Group, Calidus Group, AAL Group, Al Jundi Journal, Nation Shield, and ADNEC Group. These organisations will present a broad spectrum of defence products and services covering land, naval, air, space, and unmanned systems to an international audience.

In addition to business and technology displays, media partners Al Jundi Journal and Nation Shield will offer extensive coverage and facilitate knowledge sharing throughout the event. Their involvement aims to enhance the UAE’s visibility and engagement during the exhibition.

As the organiser, ADNEC Group is leveraging SAHA 2026 to reinforce the UAE’s position in the global defence sector. The group will also use the event to promote forthcoming national defence showcases, including the 2027 International Defence Exhibition (IDEX), the Naval Defence & Maritime Security Exhibition (NAVDEX), the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR) 2026, as well as the Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX) and Simulation and Training Exhibition (SimTEX).

The UAE Pavilion will emphasize the country’s strategic focus on fostering international partnerships, technology transfer, and industrial cooperation, aligning with broader national and global defence objectives. Visitors to the pavilion, located at Stand 1A-07 in Hall 1 of the Istanbul Expo Centre, will have opportunities to engage with senior officials, engineers, and specialists to exchange expertise and explore cutting-edge defence technologies designed to enhance operational capabilities and support international collaboration.
