A 35-year-old passenger died following an incident aboard a Jet2 flight destined for the United Kingdom, authorities reported. Callum Kerr, a father of three, allegedly became aggressive toward cabin crew and fellow passengers during the flight, which landed at Manchester Airport on Monday morning.

Greater Manchester Police said Kerr was involved in a disturbance toward flight attendants and other passengers prior to the plane’s arrival. Crew members and passengers restrained him near the rear of the aircraft. When officers boarded after landing, Kerr was unresponsive and subsequently handcuffed.

Details regarding the cause of Kerr’s death have not been disclosed, and authorities have not confirmed if any criminal charges are being pursued. The airline has not released a statement on the incident. The circumstances leading to Kerr’s aggressive behavior remain under investigation.
