Farnborough secured a dramatic late draw against Uxbridge on Saturday, with Michael Reindorf scoring in the 90th minute of added time to earn a 2-2 result at home.

The match began with Uxbridge taking an early lead in the third minute. A defensive error from Farnborough allowed Toby Nnadozie to capitalize and beat goalkeeper Lucas Thomas to put the visitors ahead. Farnborough responded with a series of attacking efforts, including a free-kick from Sam Barrett in the 10th minute that was well saved by Uxbridge keeper Sam Morris.

The equalizer came in the 20th minute when Mason Bloomfield scored from close range following a rebound after Barrett struck the crossbar and Bloomfield’s initial attempt was cleared off the line. Barrett was instrumental in Farnborough’s attacking play but was forced off injured shortly after, prompting tactical adjustments from the home side.

Uxbridge dominated much of the second half, with Thomas making a notable acrobatic save from Trevan Robinson approximately ten minutes after halftime. The visitors regained the lead shortly after the hour mark when Francis Amartey made a decisive run down the left flank, cutting inside before delivering a powerful shot that Thomas was unable to stop.

Farnborough pushed for an equalizer in the closing stages, with Dejon Golding coming close on multiple occasions but unable to beat Morris. Just as it seemed Uxbridge would hold on for the victory, Reindorf converted a second-chance opportunity in the dying seconds, denying the visitors all three points.

The result extends Farnborough’s run without defeat while leaving Uxbridge to reflect on their inability to secure a win despite controlling much of the match’s latter stages.
