The New Saints extended their commanding lead at the top of the Cymru Premier with a 6-1 victory over Holywell Town, further cementing their position seven points clear after 13 matches. Following a previous 9-0 win against Cambrian United, the champions showcased their offensive prowess once more, scoring through six different players. Brad Young and Danny Redmond each converted penalties, while Rhys Hughes, Josh Lock, Jack Bodenham, and Ben Clark added to the tally. Holywell managed a first-half equalizer via Danny Sullivan but remain at the bottom of the standings, still seeking their inaugural win since promotion and holding only two points.

Holywell suffered a double blow as Trefelin recorded their first victory of the season, edging Cardiff Met 3-1 and moving four points clear of Holywell. Trefelin opened the scoring early with a penalty by Lewys Ware and doubled their lead before halftime with a goal from Jasper Jones. Cardiff Met pulled one back through Jack Hooper but could not prevent Roan Piper from securing a crucial third for Trefelin late in the match.

At Llandudno, Airbus UK Broughton maintained their strong form with a 4-1 win over one of last season’s promoted sides. Despite taking an early lead thanks to Ben Maher, Llandudno conceded four goals, including a hat-trick from George Peers. Peers opened his account with a penalty before adding two more goals, helping him match Caernarfon’s Zach Clarke as the league’s joint top scorer, now with 12 goals in 13 games. Llandudno, in contrast, are enduring a six-match winless run and occupy 10th place.

Penybont bounced back from their first defeat of the campaign last weekend to defeat Barry Town United 3-1. After conceding an early goal to James Lester, Penybont struck twice before halftime through Ethan Cann and a Tyler Walker penalty. Cann later added a second goal to extend his scoring run to four matches, helping Penybont secure third place in the table.

Connah’s Quay Nomads held onto second position with a 2-1 win at Briton Ferry Llansawel. Although Briton Ferry took an early lead thanks to Tom Walters, who later missed a penalty, two swift goals in the second half from Jordan Hodkin and Max Woodcock secured the win for the Nomads.

Elsewhere, Caernarfon Town claimed a late 2-1 victory over Haverfordwest courtesy of an 85th-minute winner from Sion Bradley. At Cambrian United, Joe Case scored the only goal of the game in the fourth minute to give Ammanford a narrow win.
