Willowglen MSC Bhd has secured a contract valued at approximately RM108 million through its wholly owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd (WSPL). The agreement covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, security, and monitoring systems.

The contract, which spans a period of eight years and 11 months, began on August 19, 2026. According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the identity of the customer has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations, and WSPL has not obtained consent to reveal the client’s name.

Willowglen stated that the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share over the financial years ending December 31, 2026 through 2035. The company also noted that the contract is not renewable. The risks associated with the contract are characterized as normal business risks.

This latest award reflects Willowglen’s continued engagement in delivering comprehensive electrical and security system solutions, reaffirming the group’s position in this sector over the coming decade.
