Wolf-Gordon, a prominent supplier of premium wallcoverings and interior surface finishes, has expanded its business through the acquisition of two companies: Andor Willow and Look Walls & Interiors. The transactions mark a strategic move to diversify and enhance Wolf-Gordon’s product offerings and market reach.
Andor Willow, known for its digitally native model, specializes in wood wall panels and room dividers characterized by minimalist design and high-quality craftsmanship. The company serves a broad clientele, including consumers, architects, designers, contractors, and real estate professionals. Founded by Sascha Tettero-Weyman, Andor Willow will continue under his leadership, with Tettero-Weyman joining Wolf-Gordon in a full-time role overseeing product design, development, and marketing. The acquisition integrates wood paneling and room divider products into Wolf-Gordon’s portfolio, broadening the company’s presence in the interior surfaces market.
The second acquisition, Look Walls & Interiors, is a Dallas-based firm focusing on custom digitally printed wallcoverings tailored for sectors such as hospitality, corporate, healthcare, and education. Look Walls operates from its Dallas studio and is known for its artistic approach and ability to deliver customized design solutions. The company’s founders, Lindsay White and Lester Blumenthal, will remain at the helm of the business post-acquisition. The addition of Look Walls strengthens Wolf-Gordon’s capabilities in digital printing and design services within the rapidly growing interior surfaces segment.
Rick Wolf, CEO of Wolf-Gordon, highlighted that Andor Willow brings leadership in wood surface products and marketing expertise, while Look Walls enhances design innovation, customer service, and digital production capacity. He emphasized that both companies align well with Wolf-Gordon’s core values and reinforce its commitment to serving the architecture and design community.
Charger Investment Partners, an El Segundo-based private equity firm and owner of Wolf-Gordon, also commented on the acquisitions. Kimberly Pollack, co-founder of Charger, stated that the deals align with the firm’s focus on partnering with founder-led companies to accelerate growth. She expressed confidence in supporting Wolf-Gordon’s expansion within the interior surfaces industry.
The two acquisitions signal Wolf-Gordon’s intent to broaden its market presence and product range while leveraging the expertise of established brands to meet evolving customer demands in architecture and design.
