An elderly woman died and two other women were injured in a bus collision in Ashkelon on Tuesday, according to Israel Police. The accident involved three buses, authorities reported.

Emergency responders from Magen David Adom (MDA) and United Hatzalah arrived at the scene to provide medical assistance. The two injured pedestrians, both women in their seventies, were transported to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon. One was reported to be in serious condition, while the other sustained moderate injuries.

Police and medical personnel collected eyewitness accounts and gathered evidence to determine the circumstances leading to the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
