Doh Eain, a Yangon-based social enterprise, announced an online kick-off session for the second cohort of its Women in Construction programme, aiming to support women interested in pursuing careers in the construction sector. The session is scheduled for August 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. via Zoom.
During the meeting, the programme team will outline its objectives and explain the benefits available to participants. The initiative seeks to provide guidance and resources to women looking to enter the traditionally male-dominated construction industry.
Applications for the second batch are open until August 16. The online session will also serve as an interactive platform where attendees can seek assistance with the application process if they encounter any difficulties.
Doh Eain has extended an invitation not only to women interested in the programme but also to organizations that may wish to partner in supporting the initiative. Those interested in joining the session or applying to the programme can register through an online form.
