Dubai has launched a citywide promotion allowing diners to enjoy select menu items at over 160 restaurants and cafés for just 10 dirhams. The initiative, part of the Dubai Summer Surprises “10 Dirham Dish” campaign, runs from August 3 to 30, aiming to provide residents and visitors an affordable way to explore the city’s diverse food scene.
Participating establishments have each designated specific dishes available at the discounted price, covering a wide range of tastes and preferences. Offerings include light options such as the quinoa and falafel bowl at LDC Kitchen & Coffee and the chicken siew mai at The Noodle House, as well as more indulgent choices like the Bondi Burger at Oporto and a selection of pizzas—including Margherita, Pollo Picante, or Diavola—at Mammma Italia.
In addition to savory meals, the promotion extends to desserts and beverages. Treats available at 10 dirhams include Italian gelato at Cafe Barbera, tiramisu at The Daily at Rove Hotels, fruit-based ice pops at House of Pops, and coffee paired with baked goods—such as a cappuccino with banana loaf cake at Matter by iCoffee. Other sweet offerings come from Cold Stone Creamery’s birthday cake remix and Dunkin’s signature iced coffee and donut combo.
Unlike many discount deals, this promotion does not require prior bookings, vouchers, or app downloads. Diners simply need to visit any participating venue during the campaign period and request the designated 10-dirham dish. Some individual restaurants may apply conditions, such as restricting the offer to dine-in customers, so guests are advised to check with staff upon arrival.
With the large number of outlets involved and the month-long duration of the campaign, the initiative encourages exploring the variety of culinary options available throughout Dubai while making dining more accessible and affordable.
