UK’s only female commando among 3 killed in copter crash
Three Royal Navy personnel, including the UK’s only female commando pilot trainee Lieutenant Lily-Mae Fisher, died when their Merlin Mk4 helicopter crashed near Okehampton during a training flight. Their deaths have deeply impacted the Commando Helicopter Force and an investigation is now underway to determine the cause of the accident.
